If you are one of those suffering through a foreclosure, you know it can be a long and drawn out process.  Part of the problem is having questions and not knowing who to trust for the answers.  It’s really hard to face it alone.

I have found a site that has a really good blog that might help.  It’s called ForeclosureFish.com.  I don’t know what their reputation is and I caution you not to give anyone your personal information online.  I want to be clear that I don’t know these people and can’t vouch for them.  However, they have some really good practical thoughts on such things as “will I ever be able to buy another house?” and “How do I rent something now that my credit is trashed?”

It may not solve your problem but it will get your thoughts moving in the right direction.  As with the rest of this, it’s better to be proactive about it.  My prayers are with you.

One Response to “Foreclosed – What Now?”

    Gandree,

Thank you for mentioning our blog in a positive light.

You’re right: families who may be facing the loss of a home should do as much research as they have the time and resources for.

If our articles can give someone ideas on what they can do to keep a house, or just face the possibility of losing and moving on afterward, then they’ve done their job.

In any event, have a wonderful day and a great holiday season.

    Nick
