Cheap Prescriptions?

The only thing worse than needing prescription medicine is needing it and not being able to afford it.  You shouldn’t have to choose between food and medicine but it’s a common thing these days.  A lot of people don’t have any insurance and drugs can be very expensive.  This is one situation where you don’t want to suffer in silence because there is help if you know where to find it.  A pharmacist friend of mine has posted What To Do When You Don’t Have Enough Money for Food and Medicine. It’s a good place to start.  If that doesn’t work, some drug companies will pay for your medicine for you.  When you talk to your doctor, tell him the situation and ask if he can refer you.
